The Connecticut Counseling Association-Western Chapter

EXTREME SELF-CARE FOR COUNSELORS

   MARIANNE M. SEEBER, EMP, L.P.C.

OBJECTIVES:

1.    Identify deficiencies of and challenges in one's life that are affecting the counselor's quality   of life.

2.  Develop useful skills to create better balance.

3.  Create understanding of the importance of better self-care in the counselor's life, to then better teach it to their clients as well.
