Preface

These guidelines are designed to help the Connecticut Counseling Association (CCA) and its Division officers, appointed committee chairpersons, and other CCA officials better understand their responsibilities and the operation and procedures of CCA. The Association‟s governance organization and operation are outlined, the strategic plan is defined, the financial policies are discussed, and other key information is provided.
