For Your Information, while renewing the membership one doesn’t have to provide any of the profile-related information therefore if anyone is providing all the information all over again OR filling up any form; he/she is not renewing or upgrading their membership in a proper way.
 
Please follow these steps to renew your membership:
 
  • Login to your account by typing in your Username and Password on the front-page.
  • Scroll down and in ‘User Menu’ click on ‘My Subscription’ option. User menu will be on the left side on front-page:
 
Step 1
 
  • It will display a summary of your membership as well as how many days are left for your membership to finish. Click on ‘Upgrade/Renew’ button to if your account is expired or close to expiration date.
 
Step 2
 
Note: FYI, if your account is about to expire, let’s say 5 days from now and you renew it today; you will not lose these 5 days. The renewal will start to function from the day of expiry and not from the day of payment.
 
  • Once the upgrade/renew button is pressed; it will take you to the list of memberships CCA has to offer. This is if incase a member wants to switch their membership. Select the appropriate membership plan and mode of payment of your choice.
 
Step 3
 
  • It will automatically take you to the CHECK OUT or THANK YOU (Confirmation) page because it doesn’t need any of your further information. Your profile is already created and this process is upgrading the membership information on that profile.
 
Step 4
 
This will renew your membership.
